Place was fairly clean and charming. It was located in a very open area to buses calling ahead to book rooms in ho chi Minh.

We thoroughly enjoyed that the apartment was charming and fantastic. It was located in a pedestrian area near a sea of rice paddies, the center, and beach and center, The staff was pretty friendly and amazingly nice all the time. We could enjoy views of the ocean.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing lots of information and recommendations. the rooms were fully equipped, clean, and spacious, with a peaceful atmosphere. the included breakfast was delicious and the homestay was a great place for families.

A Smooth Check-in Experience

I recently stayed at Loc Phat Homestay and had a wonderful experience. When I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and instantly made me feel at home. The location of the homestay is fantastic, with just a 15-minute walk to the ancient town and a short distance to the beach. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious pancakes served for breakfast. I highly recommend Loc Phat Homestay for its inviting atmosphere and helpful staff.

Very nice room and the most awesome breakfast. The staff is friendly and speaks good English.

No wifi in our room but available in public areas. Good 15min walk to the nice city center of Hoi An and unlike other places the bike rental is not included, however its only 1USD/day.

All in all it was a really nice stay of 6 nights. Fairly clean property really close to restaurants and beach and town and the airport. I liked its private bathroom. Vews of the ocean. Incredible staff, brand-new & spotless room.

loc phat hoi an homestay exceeded my expectations with its clean and modern rooms, beautiful gardens, and friendly staff. i've stayed here multiple times and they consistently offer great service. the breakfast is delicious and you can even combine different options. i'll definitely stay here again if i'm back in hoi an.

The landlady was really nice and gave us useful advice. Very comfortable accomodation. The homestay is situated where the other locals live and about 10 mins bike ride.

Very nice and helpful owner. Location was between the city and the beach. 10 minutes by bike in both directions. We were picked up at night in Danang for $13.

I had an amazing experience at this homestay. the owner, Linh, made our stay very special. She provided valuable information about the local area, helped us book train tickets at the local price, and even taught us some Vietnamese. the room was comfortable and clean, and Linh went above and beyond to take care of us, even going to the pharmacy for me when I had a motorbike accident. the homestay is beautiful and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here for a unique and comfortable Vietnamese experience. Cons: Was all great! 😊.

I stayed in the old building which was down a lane from one of the main streets in hoi an, the new building is fantastic and I would recommend it to all, the breakfast was fantastic and location was half way between the beach and the old town, a comfortable 30 min walk each way or 15 min bike ride. Staff were fantastic and the owner is so lovely and very accommodating.

Mix up at the start between booking old building not new. All was resolved and new bookings shouldn't have a problem.
